• Delivered ML solutions for companies including Coca-Cola, Albert Heijn, and IKEA, covering forecasting, personalization, and operational ML tooling.
• Helped transform an Early Warning System for illegal deforestation from a proof-of-concept into a robust, production-grade solution. Together with her team she improved model accuracy and deployed cloud-native data pipelines for real-time decision support.
• Extensive experience working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks. Designed and implemented GenAI-powered systems that integrate language and vision models into scalable applications, including a code generation tool using LLMs to accelerate software development.

Background: 8+ years of experience in AI. MSc in Business Information Technology from University of Twente. Alongside client work, Joanne has taught Python and Machine Learning courses, sharing her technical expertise and supporting the development of others.
